Meeting Rates
Fee Schedule:25% deposit paid 60 days prior to the meeting. (Deposit not refundable.) The remainder of the estimated contract paid 30 days prior to the meeting. Gratuities 15% will be added to all fees and agreed prior to the booking of the meeting. 10% tax also added on the total bill. Preferred payment is by check. 3% will be added if credit card payment except for initial deposit.
Cancellation:If the meeting is cancelled 60-30 days before the arrival dates, no cancellation fee applies. If the meeting is cancelled 30-1 day before the event, an additional 25% of the estimated contract is required. If the space can be resold, no additional cancellation will be charged. If the meeting is rescheduled within the next six month, no cancellation fee will apply.
